In honor of “Heart Month” and children born with congenital heart defects (CHD), Ruby Jewel Scoops will be serving Raspberry Heart Cookie ice cream throughout February – a flavor rich with marzipan, local raspberries and house-made shortbread cookie chunks. At the end of the month Ruby Jewel will donate a percent of their overall sales to The Children’s Heart Foundation – Oregon Chapter.
Both Ruby Jewel Scoops locations will also host a display of photos taken by Nancy Renwick Photography and printed by Plywerk highlighting and celebrating the lives of several local children living with CHDs. Come celebrate with us!
